What we call “superfood” can be a fruit, a vegetable, a plant or even seeds! Superfoods possess many nutrients and are meant to be eaten raw, dehydrated or as a juice! It has no additive and hasn’t been processed.
Rich in fibers, minerals, vitamins and many others nutrients, superfoods are incredibly good for your health, that’s why it is highly recommend to incorporate some in your diet.
What superfood should you eat?

Matcha and Chia seed pudding
4 tbsp Chia Seed
125 ml milk or water
2 tsp Matcha
2 tsp Honey
1 measure of Whey protein isolate
Toppings: you can add Goji berries, nuts, seeds, etc.
- Mix the milk and chia seed.
- In another bowl, mix the matcha powder with a little bit of hot water. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the Matcha and honey to the chia seed and milk. Let it rest in the fridge overnight or for 2/3 hours.
- Eat with your favorite toppings!
